What are Kidney Stones?
Comments
I saw Dr Oz's analysis of kidney stones. He sayd oxalate foods should be eaten with calcium foods. The calcium is an antidote for the oxalate and helps pass the stones. I have an oxalate stone that, after numerous attepts to blast, still remains in my kidney. It is not a problem now, but I had a problem 2 years ago in the other kidney which had me hopitalized for 5 days. I have drastically reduced both oxalate and calcium rich foods. Is this the proper course of action, or should I eat calcium foods again?
